Maaaaaaaaaaaaay! YAY!

Luke, my belly, and me attended the Lincoln Day dinner on May 2nd.

Mother's day  (one of the BEST days of the year!!)

My wonderful family sure knows how to spoil this mama!
It started with these adorable instructions for breakfast

And we came home to this surprise!

I got showered with lovely gifts that the kids had made at school

This picture features my lovely yard plants that I we bought to plant---
Interesting fact:  last year I got a few bushes and shrubs for Mother's day and quite literally AS SOON AS I FINISHED PLANTING them, Luke texted me to say he had a job offer in Price.
We [hopefully] won't be leaving these guys behind any time soon. .. or ever.

A belated mother's day gift of seeing my sweet little baby's face on a 4-D ultrasound.

We had some landscaping corrected during the winter and it was finally time to get the edging and rock in... and of course, plant my new plants :)

It really turned out nicely... but I dont' have a final picture! not sure why!

The Dance Recital for Dance Technica

Tianna's class went to the park for some professional photography

They're so pretty!

SCHOOL'S OUT!

Adelia was in Mr. Averette's class for 1st grade.  He was an awesome, quirky, teacher and she just loved his class.

Tianna had Mrs. Taylor who was a sweet, and lovely teacher and she also loved being in her class. She was her favorite teacher to this point.

SCOFIELD FOR MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

It was so nice to see GREEN! That place is so beautiful, every season of the year.

We rode horses

We went fishing on the lake

We went shooting guns in the canyon

Copper was so sad he couldn't run around while we were shooting.  He whined pethetically from the truck

Daddy showing his lady's the ropes of shooting the big guns

We rode horses some more

and now guess what..............

IT'S SUMMER TIME!!!!

April 2016

WELCOME APRIL!
April marks the 1st annivesary month of Grandpa Peacock
His beautiful headstone was just placed and we came over to Orangeville to see it in person.  What a special tribute to a beloved man.
We sure miss you Grandpa.

Sometimes in April Chronicles:

Sometimes, eating a quesodilla is very tiring.

And sometimes the girl's awesome dad goes to school with them to Drop Everything and Read

And sometimes we go to Clark Planetarium in Downtown Salt Lake
Truthfully, I'm not remembering the reason we were in SLC but I do remember going to the cool planetarium while we were there.

And sometimes we go incognito

Sometimes Tianna brings home herself in a snowglobe

Sometimes it's crazy hair day at school

And sometimes................ we attend awesome Harry Potter theme birthay parties!

The Harry Potter Party (Cousin Harley's 8th birthday.... and as we are a family HP experts, we helped a lot with the party planning)

I dressed as Professor Trelawney and gave highly professional fortune telling
There was a sorting hat

 Professor Snape and potion making

Even Myrtal came to play........... in the toilet.  What a creeper!

Meanwhile, since Linaya was too young to attend the birthday party, Daddy took Linaya on a special daddy-daughter date.  They ate pizza and went to the Prehistoric museum

Adelia had a gymnastic performance.  She's so strong and impressive.

A VERY happy project:  Since moving to our house I have wanted to paint the dining room.  It was blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh.
We painted...........we applied the vinyl tree............. and ultimately made my dining room my favorite room in our house.  I love how it turned out!

It's so pretty!

Speaking of pretty.........
The girls had their dance competition
They did so well and each of the dance numbers received high marks.
I'm so proud of my sweet little dancers!
