Luke and I went on a Penny Date

I was a last minute fill in a Bunco Babes night. they said hurry dress like Sandy for Grease. So... i grabbed my spandez, high pony tale, red lips and off I went. It was a fun night

We invited our new neighbors on a little outing to see the "Little Goblin Valley" that is near Castle Dale

Luke went with my dad and freinds Pheasant Hunting. It was... successful

We attended the Temple

The great Deer Hunt 2017
Woke up to 5 inches of snow... and sliiiiiick as could be!

We were up before the sun... and we hiked half the day but didn't see a single deer.
We did find elk though

Later that day we went down to the benches and Grandpa got a deer

We walked quite a bit...

On Sunday we had a family birthday for Joelle's birthay that was at the beginning of October, and Linaya's that was the day after this.

The only present she asked for was a "house with the keys" from this cute toy store in Helper. Unfortunately they were out of the house with the keys and so we got this mail box. She loved it.

Beside the house with the keys.. all she wanted for her birthday was to go hunting with her daddy. So we let the older girls skip school and join us for another day of deer hunting.

Finally.... a tiny buck was spotted. Luke had planned to hunt all week and requested the time off work so we could hold out for a nice buck this year.

But when Linaya wanted so badly to hunt with her daddy on her birthday, Luke, being the best dad ever, gave up waiting for a nice buck. He wanted to just shoot any buck that came along so his little girl could be present. Now that is love!
