This post is going to cover a lot of ground.... first off we have the ANNUAL SCOFIELD SNOWRIDE on the 9th! How fun, how fun!!! It has been way too long since I've had a good snowmobile ride and this was extra great because of all the snow! It made me quite happy!!!
It was also really nice to see my family! Especially James and Val who were in Italy for Christmas so we haven't seen them since Thanksgiving.

Then of course we had good old Valentines Day! Can I just say that I love that holiday.... it's so girly! I especially love decorating for it because of all the pink, red, hearts, flowers etc..
Lu

ke brought both Tianna and I flowers, and each of us a book and a card. :) It was so sweet!! I made Luke a chocolate cake (my first bunt--i was so proud) and a scrapbooked booklet with date gift cards. I had set up the cake and everything picnic style and hoped Tianna would be taking her nap when Luke arrived home from school so we could actually have a "mini-date" before he had to go to work. Well... it didn't exactly work out as planned. *sigh* but it was still fun.
We ended up just going to the mall to the photo booth. Someday I'll scan the pictures to put on here. Luke made up for our lack of date by arranging for a babysitter on Saturday so we could go to the Temple... it totally made up for it!
And last but not least-- I auditioned for another show at the Old Barn Community Theatre-- (I'm currently in Beauty and the Beast). I had decided not to audition because I felt like one show was enough for awhile. I went to the theater Saturday to pick up some things I had left and I knew people would be there holding the auditions. On the way out to Collinston (15 minutes from Logan) I decided I would probably try out for the sake of experience. Well.. to make

a long story short-- 2 hours later I got a phone call saying that they wanted me to be Cinderella!!!! Ironically, I wanted the part of Belle really really badly so I flopped the audition because of my nervousness and ended up as a fork (i have now embraced it and love being in the ensemble but I was quite disappointed initially). Then, I didn't even want to be in Cinderella, let alone BE Cinderella so I wasn't nervous at all. Funny how life works.
Anyway-- I'm way excited/nervous and look forward to this challenge.
And in case anyone is interested--- Beauty and the Beast runs March 7-29th, every Friday, Saturday, and Monday. Cinderella will be in May...
