Wedding Bells in Santa Barbara

On Friday, Luke and I traveled to 4 hours to Santa Barbara to my cousin, Lauren's wedding. It was at the Baracra resort and Spa (TOTALLY POSH!) It was a beautiful wedding and so fun to see her get hitched! And the view.... oh my!
Side story:
On the way there we saw the sign for Ventura Blvd.  I remarked to Luke how that road ends up in a lot of songs.... Then the GPS said we needed to take Ventura, and as we started to exit onto it, the song, "Free Falling" came on the radio. It was such a coincidence!!!

We returned back to Dana Point late (again!) and found this: The things that melt your heart.

Disney Day 3

We spent our 3rd and final day back in Disneyland.  We made time today to visit the Princesses and catch all of the rides and activities we missed the first day.  PS- our kiddos are so cute! It's so fun sharing these magical experiences with them.  Being a parent ROCKS!

It was an interesting experience when a ride stops working while you are on it.  The Alice in Wonderland ride stalled out and eventually we got escorted through the ride and out the exit.  Interesting perspective to see it on foot.

Before they officially shut the ride down we waited a really long time. This is what Linaya thought of the whole thing:

These 2 can take down a giant turkey leg like a pack of wolves!

Disney day 2

California Adventure day!

We woke up to a gorgeous view that we didn't get to see when we arrived in the dark late the night before.  Then we had not a 45 minute drive, but an hour and a half drive thanks to ridiculous traffic.  But the WORST part, and most frustrating, was waiting in the parking garage line.  Never.Again.

Finally we got to GO IN the park and had a super fun day.  It ended with one of our favorite things, The World of Color

Oh, and it was Tianna's 9th birthday.  Not a bad place to spend your special day! (the day before we let the other girls wear birthday buttons as well since we gave the trip to them in June on Adelia's birthday and it was to celebrate ALL of their birthdays... just so happened the trip was planned around my cousin's wedding that fell upon the week of Tianna's birthday)

One of the hightlights was the "Frozen" Sing-a-long.  It was so magical.  Did I mention I love Disney??

The picture CRACKS ME UP! Linaya held her breath for the ENTIRE Ariel's Undersea Adventure Ride.  She HAD TO HOLD HER BREATHE, OF COURSE!
