Linaya with Grandma Belinda
Tickles work!
Daddy set up his rappelling gear and we all took turns. EVERY ONE OF US except for the babies.
There's a smile from Raleigh
Monica was first to volunteer to take the plunge
Next was Belinda

and me
THEN to everyone's ultimate surprise, BERT went! He wasn't about to let his girls outdo him, I guess
Chris followed suit as well.
After all the adults had their turn Luke set up a small drop for the kiddos.
Go Tianna!
Raleigh was glad Grandpa was there for a safety net
Then Adelia took her turn
And Aden-Man
After a fun hotdog/bratwurst roast and rappelling we went on a hike to find the Native American cave Bert and some scouts found as youth. Along the way we encoutered some gorgeous nature.
We knew we were on the right track when we came across this petroglyph.
We found ourselves a happy little lizard (happy to get away, that is)
THERE! We finally found the cave entrance. You can see the black smoke stains from their fires.
Inside you can really see the black marks from their fires..... mixed with bat guano. Awesome.
The cave was just large enough to stand up inside. ...if you're a kid...or short like me!
This is a grinding stone outside the entrance to the cave
Better view of the grinding stone
On Mother's day we went to church with my parents and after church we met up with Grandma Peacock and we all visited with Grandpa Peacock at the care center.
Grandpa wasn't feeling well. :(
That afternoon we had a lovely steak dinner with Grandpa Bonnie and Grandpa Neil and Garth and Tori and family.
Back at home the adventures always continue. :)
In Mid-May Adelia lost her first tooth (Even BEFORE turning 5!!!!)
The tooth fairy is a bit sad she's growing up so fast.
