Adelia had had croup the week before and was still coughing really badly. On Saturday night I found one chicken pock on Linaya's arm and by Sunday she too had croup.
Monday I took the whole lot of them to the doctor. We came away with a confirmed case of chicken pox for Tianna, most likely chicken pox for Linaya and definitely a bad case of croup. Adelia had bronchitis and was coughing non-stop.
Tianna was the only one who wasn't very ill and yet she had a doctor's excuse to miss the whole week of school.

By that night I had had it. Linaya had cried the entire day. Adelia coughed incessantly the entire day. Luke and a neighbor gave us all Priesthood blessings. The next day was much much better.
Before they all got really sick I had told my mom I would come down and help her with some projects since Tianna would be missing the whole week of school anyway.
Since the kids were so much better Tuesday I went.
It was nice. I got to help my mom out with several projects and we enjoyed being out of the house, even if it just in grandma's house instead. Linaya was fairly grumpy the whole time I was there, but she sure smiled for her Oreo cookie.

on Thursday morning we went home so Adelia could make it to preschool. By now her bronchitis was significantly better. Linaya was doing a lot better too............ however, Tianna got croup that day. She was pretty miserable. Then by Saturday it had turned into an ear infection and possible strep throat. Arg!!! It was one crazy crazy week! I was so glad when everyone was doing better and we could turn off the humidifiers and put away the Tylenol bottles. I deciced we filled our quota for the entire winter that one week! *keeping fingers crossed!*

Being at my parents reminded me of a post I forgot to make from the middle of October.

We spent some time in Castle Dale for the deer hunt. While everyone else hunted on Saturday, we spent the day with Aunt Monica and the boys. Linaya thought she should baby SIT on Gauge.
The day before Grandpa Bert and Grandma Belinda's goat had babies. They were so cute!
After Linaya's birthday we spent a couple days at Grandma and Grandpa Frandsen's house while Daddy hunted up in the mountains above Castle Dale. We hung out with cousins and rode horses every day.
One day Grandpa had almost all his grand kids over for horse riding at "Grandpa's School of Horsemanship" and had my sister print out little certificates. It was neat!
While we were at Grandpa horse school, Daddy was getting his deer. He was pretty happy with it.
