Fall/Halloween Happenings Part 1

We have been having too much fun this fall. :)
On Oct 9th we hauled the kiddos off to BOO @ the ZOO (Willow Park Zoo, not Hogle Zoo)
The kids played games, got candy, and of course, check out the wild things.
Don't we have the prettiest Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) and the cutest darn lion ever?
The afternoon of Oct. 12th, for Luke's "Fall-Break," we went to The American West Heritage Center. We LOVE LOVE LOVE that place and will greatly miss it when we move away from Logan.
The Train Ride
The Pumpkin launching view-- pretty country!
Us
Kids activities in the hay bales

Stuck in the stocks. dang.
the corn maze

One day we picked out our pumpkins.... and attempted pictures.
A close second to all the activities and yummy treats of fall, the DECORATIONS are one of the best things of the season.

On Oct. 24th, Tianna's class had another field trip. This time it was to one of our MOST FAVORITE-EST Logan events-- the PUMPKIN WALK!
This year was hands down the best we've seen! My camera died half way through, but here are the BEST displays on the first half. The second half pictures will have to wait until we go as a family some time this week.
 Our group
 Bugs Life
 Toy Story
Snow White (she's Asian, didn't ya know?)
 Hero vs. Villain baseball
 Yabba-Dabba-dooooooooo!
 Pixar's short film- Partly Cloudy
 The original Snoop Dog
 Under da Sea
Smurfs. Cartoons just haven't been the same since you.
 Lilo and Stitch
Polar Express--- probably the most accurate of the face painting
Pretty sure Tianna has had a picture with this Ariel the last 3 years! haha.
 Adelia makes a cute Jessie.

Now, stay tuned for more Halloween and Fall fun when we post about our Deer Hunt trip and the crazy fun we had while the hunters were out.
Also, upcoming events such as: caramel apple dipping, pumpkin walk-part 2, carving pumpkins, a Halloween party, and then the ACTUAL HALLOWEEN events. Whew. Who knew October could be so full.
